MEP Infrastructure Upgrades -- FFIOC Data Center Improvements

FFIOC Data Center Improvements – Fairfield Engineer: Alfa Tech Cambridge Group Project Size: 50,000 SF Replacement of (2) existing UPS units in a 50,000 sf data center with (4) new 750kVA modules configured into an A and B system set up. UPS modules pre-assembled off site on steel skids which reduced downtime by 65%, thus reducing the risk to the facility while operating on one system only. Replacement of (2) existing 1000kW diesel generators with (2) new 1500kW diesel generators and (1) 1000kW diesel generator. Replacement of (2) 550 ton variable speed screw chillers and associated valves. Addition of (1) 1680 gpm induced draft cooling tower.
